THE TEAM

  • Founder

    Jon Bleicher, founder and lead publicist of Prospect PR, brings a dynamic and wide-ranging PR background to the agency. While he began his career in music, Jon’s experience spans a broad spectrum, including public health, technology, film, events, and nonprofits. This breadth has enabled him to develop a unique approach to PR—one that builds every campaign from the ground up, creating custom strategies and media targets tailored to each client’s goals, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all formula.

    Jon’s career has taken him across the country, managing top-tier media events like The Grateful Dead’s Fare Thee Well concerts and Kenny Chesney’s stadium tours. His foundation in entertainment began as a child actor, building his skill in managing high-stakes events and fostering relationships with the press. From his time hosting SiriusXM’s “The Radar Report” to his roles at Shore Fire Media and Mascot Label Group, Jon has developed an approach that reaches beyond traditional PR, enabling clients to secure unexpected, out-of-the-box placements across varied media types and industries.

    He lives in Maplewood, New Jersey, with his wife Maggie, their son Miles, and their dog Koji.

  • PR Assistant

    Pam brings over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, specializing in high-level support for C-suite executives. Her diverse background in human resources, media/advertising, and contract negotiation highlights her expertise in managing complex tasks and strategic projects. Pam excels in handling sensitive information, coordinating schedules, and fostering seamless communication. Pam has a knack for collecting quirky trivia and random facts, whipping up delicious creations in the kitchen, and fueling her passion for motorsports. On any given day, you might catch her grooving in the grocery store aisle to a catchy tune, spreading smiles and good vibes to everyone around.

  • Richard is an Indiana Hoosier who now calls New York City home. He helps public figures strategize and manage their online presence that creates bespoke storytelling opportunities through their social channels.  Richard has helped many actors, musicians, athletes, models, authors and podcasts evaluate their social presence and broaden reach organically.
